All badminton players who are eligible to play for BWF Member Associations.

ENTRIES:
All entries must be made by using the BWF Online Entry System. Entries must be submitted no later than Tuesday 6th September 2011 at 23.59 BWF HQ time (GMT +08.00)
Players can not be entered unless they already have a BWF ID-number. In case you wish to enter players who do not have a BWF ID-number, please contact the BWF office well in advance of the tournament, so that the players concerned can get a BWF ID-number before the closing date of the tournament.
CLOSING DATE: 6th September 2011 at 23.59 BWF HQ time (16.59 CET)
ENTRY FEE: Singles - 35€ per player, Doubles - 30€ per player/event
The Member Association that enters a player into a Circuit tournament is responsible for paying the entry fees for that player. There is no title to returning or remission of the entry fee in case of withdrawal from the tournament for any reason whatsoever.The entry fee shall be paid prior to the commencement of the tournament. The entry fee for each player must be paid prior to his first match at the latest. If the entry fee is not paid in time the player will not be allowed to start the match.However, the Organizer has the right to claim the entry fee from any players who withdraw from the tournament after submitting the entry form and before the deadline for paying the entry fee. The Organizer has the right to decline any entry form of players in case their entry fee from the previous years is not settled.

PRIZE MONEY: 15,000 USD
The Organizer shall pay the prize money cash during the closing ceremony. The prize money will be awarded only to those players who attend the closing ceremony.

ACCOMMODATION:
Must be ordered not later than 6th September 2011. The Member Association that enters a player into a tournament is responsible for paying accommodation fees for that player in case of withdrawn. The accommodation fees become due if a player is entered and has not been withdrawn by the Member Association by midnight local time on the closing date. The accommodation fees in case of withdrawn: 15 – 8 days before arrival 50 %, 7 – 2 days before arrival 75 %, 1 day before arrival 100 %.
PAYMENTS:
All payments (accommodation, entry fee etc.) must be paid at accreditation cash (no credit cards accepted).
INSURANCE:
Insurance shall be arranged individually by each player. During the tournament a doctor will be present in the hall.
BETTING:
There will be betting on offer from this Event. Betting is however not allowed to be made by players or officials connected to the Event either in person or through a third party. Participants may therefore not make bets on the Event or procure through third parties the making of bets with a betting agency. Participants who, in violation of this prohibition, nevertheless make or procure through third parties the making of bets with betting agencies shall be immediately disqualified from participation in the Event and are liable for legal prosecution. Similarly manipulation of games will be met with disqualification and possible legal prosecution. Any violation mentioned above is also a breach of Player’s Code of Conduct (Art. 5.2.) and will be sanctioned by BWF.
FURTHER INFORMATION:
Yonex Czech International Championships should be played in accordance with the Laws of Badminton, the BWF Competition Regulations and the Instructions for the European Badminton Circuit 2011/2012. In case of a dispute the referee shall have a decisive word.
Each participant must be ready to play at the specific time. If not present, his match will be scratched. Therefore, the competitors should not leave the venue during the tournament unless allowed by the referee.
Players shall not plan their departure less than two (2) hours after their last match is planned to conclude. If a player/pair is unable to compete due to early departure, such a player/pair shall lose all the Circuit Ranking points gained at the particular tournament and BADMINTON EUROPE shall propose to BWF that the gained BWF ranking points are also removed. (Regulation 9.5 in Badminton Europe’s Circuit Instructions)
Advertising on clothing and colour of clothing shall be regulated by BWF Competition Regulations 19 to 23. The name on the back of the shirt is mandatory for all matches in the main draw. A player failing to wear the name on the back of his/her shirt when mandatory shall be penalised by an administrative fine of 100,00 EUR. It is mandatory for the semifinals
and finals that partners in doubles wear the same colour. Failing to do so shall result in an administrative fine of 100,00 EUR.
Any withdrawal after the Sunday immediately preceding the draw, for any reason whatsoever, renders the Member Association concerned liable to an amount of 150,00 US$ for the inconvenience caused by the withdrawal (as defined in BWF General Competition Regulations).
After entering a player(s) in the tournament it is the Member Association’s responsibility to secure visas for their players - if this is needed. Member Associations must make sure that visa applications are made early enough.
The tournaments organisers will have to do everything possible to enable the entered players to get a visa.
